Noreen Cesareo is an experienced thought-leader, strategic marketing and communications specialist who has worked with blue chip companies, larger and medium-sized businesses in the UK, Malta and internationally. She founded Market Accents, a WE Connect International certified woman-owned business in 2007 following several years of strategic marketing and communications with financial service firms: Thomas Cook, American Express and Barclays Merchant Services.

Noreen brings sound strategic and practical experience and expertise. She is an experienced veteran in market mapping, research and customer insights and analysis. She has an eye for identifying developments and insights in culture and behaviours that help her understand market dynamics and appreciate disruptive trends and technologies. An early adopter of the world beyond web 2.0, her strengths include strategy, proposition development and the use of content for reputation management and growth.

Noreen is a Trustee for the Commonwealth Girls Education Fund (CGEF); a director of the Malta Business Network (MBN) and an Ambassador for the Pink Shoe Club; and a steering group member of the Team EB which is building the first UK Economic Blueprint for Women Owned Businesses. Noreen is a board member of the APPG for Women and Enterprise,focusing on International Connections and Trade. She is also a core member of Women's Economic Imperative (WEI), a global, collaborative initiative to promote women’s economic empowerment— was founded in January 2018 as a response to the Call to Action of the United Nations Secretary-General’s High-Level Panel on Women’s Economic Empowerment.
