About our Speaker

As Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA), Heathcliff is specialised in business management, operational efficiencies, strategic planning, and regulation. Throughout his professional career, he held various senior executive positions both within the private and the public sector.
In 2014, he joined MGA as Chief Operations Officer (COO) and was pivotal in the Authority’s transformation process. Two years later he moved to the Regulatory department as Chief Regulatory Officer (CRO), responsible for all regulatory aspects of the Authority.

As a member of the Authority’s Supervisory Council, and co-chair of the Fit & Proper Committee, Heathcliff was also entrusted with the assessment of the properness of individuals and companies applying for a MGA licence.

About our Speaker

Building on his extensive corporate career, Enrico is now an entrepreneur and Public Affairs spokesperson who founded iGEN, an industry trade association representing the iGaming industry in Malta.

Enrico has comprehensive experience in international business covering Sales & Marketing, Strategy, General P&L Management, B2B & B2C, Online and Retail. His broad industry expertise ranges from IT software and hardware to consumer electronics and gambling.
