Ryan Sciberras, PwC Malta – Ryan leads the Advisory practice at PwC Malta, specialising in valuing, negotiating, and structuring local and cross-border transactions, as well as assisting with finance-raising efforts. With extensive experience in capital market transactions, he has acted as a financial advisor and reporting accountant on numerous engagements. Over the past two decades, Ryan has worked with private, listed, and public sector clients across industries such as real estate, hospitality, energy, telecommunications, and retail. He is also a visiting lecturer at the University of Malta and a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants.

Jesmond Mizzi, Jesmond Mizzi Financial Advisors Limited – Jesmond brings over 28 years of experience in the financial services industry, including founding and managing Jesmond Mizzi Financial Advisors Limited. He has served on investment committees, acted as a director of multiple companies, and chaired audit committees. With a career that began in auditing at PwC and extended to the financial management of family businesses, Jesmond combines practical expertise with a keen understanding of corporate governance and compliance. He is a regular columnist for The Times and The Sunday Times, and he has served as President of the Malta Investment Funds Association.

Michael Warrington, AX Group – As CEO of AX Group, Michael has been instrumental in the company’s equity and bond listings on the local stock exchange. With a career spanning banking, aviation, and corporate finance, Michael brings a wealth of expertise in both public and private company operations. His prior roles include serving as Group Head of Finance and IT at Air Malta and as Group Finance Director at AX Group Ltd. Michael holds a BA Honours in Accountancy and an MA in Financial Services, and he is a director on the boards of several private and public companies in Malta and internationally.
