The gaming sector is a major pillar in Malta’s economy, but as the jurisdiction faces challenges to its tax regime and struggles with generating the right talent, what does the future of this industry look like? The Malta Business Network invites you to a panel event that will discuss the road ahead for this diverse and complex economic sector. How can Malta remain competitive in attracting and retaining gaming investment and what do operators expect?
The panel will be moderated by Malta Gaming Authority chief executive DrCarl Brincat. On the panel will be Dr Joseph F Borg, a leading Malta-based lawyer who specialises in gaming law. He is a partner and head of innovation at local firm WH Partners and is a lecturer in gaming law at the University of Malta.Borg will be joined by Enrico Bradamante the founder of the Gaming European Network (iGEN) who is currently the Chief Commercial Officer of a leading aggregator and content provider in the online casino industry. The panel will now also feature two new distinguished speakers: Michele Magro, a Legal & Compliance Professional specializing in Gambling, Esports, and AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and Justin Psaila, the Chief Financial Officer at Gaming Innovation Group.
