Fabianne Ruggier
Fabianne is a Director helping clients transform their business model by challenging their practices around people, processes and technology. Fabianne has over eighteen years of professional experience. Earlier in her career she spear-headed national skills programmes through public-private partnerships, to then join a multi-national where she introduced global educational programmes in Malta. She joined RSM to set-up the HR Function and soon after she transitioned into consulting where she started a people-focused service line helping clients execute their corporate strategies through talent management practices.
The practice grew into broader business growth consulting. She now works at the strategic level with clients implementing organisational transformation. She heads a multi-disciplinary team that provide change management services to clients, bringing together business, digital and people expertise. She is the Chairperson of the HR and Talent Thematic at the Malta Chamber of Commerce. She is the Vice-Chairperson of the Junior Achievement Young Enterprise Malta Foundation.
Chris Vassallo Cesario
As Managing Director of Domestica Ltd, a family-run business in its 52nd year, I ensure clients live in happy environments. A graduate in Business Marketing from Boston University, I sit on the Management Board of the Malta Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise and Industry as Deputy President. I am a Member of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, Chairman of JAYE and Vice Chairman of the San Anton School Board. I enjoy spending time with my wife and two children or releasing stress jogging.
Etienne Borg Cardona
Etienne Borg Cardona is a certified public accountant and auditor by profession and holds a practicing warrant. He initially gained experience in banking and in accountancy and audit practice, followed by a thirty-year career in leadership positions in the private sector, most recently as CEO of a leading group of companies. In 2017, he set up Capital Advisory, an independent consulting firm advising on corporate finance, financial management and corporate governance. He currently sits as an independent non-executive director on boards of listed, regulated, and private local and international companies in various industry sectors.He is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and of the Malta Institute of Accountants, where he was elected to council between 2012 and 2021. He is currently a council member of the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners (IFSP), Malta, where he chairs the Directors’ Sub-committee, and a member of the Institute of Directors UK, and of the Malta Chamber of Commerce Family Business Committee.He holds a Masters’ degree in Financial Services from the University of Malta and is currently reading for a PhD in Leadership and Management at Cranfield Business School, Cranfield University UK. He lectures in financial management in the department of accountancy within the Faculty of Economics, Management and Accountancy at the University of Malta. He has also lectured on the history of finance, commerce, and money in modern economies at the University of Malta Centre for Liberal Arts and Sciences, and on financial management at Cranfield Business School, UK.
Christopher Busuttil Delbridge
Mr Busuttil Delbridge is a passionate entrepreneur, a curious scientist, a creative leader and a proven businessman. Christopher Busuttil Delbridge built Evolve Ltd within the Attard & Co. Group from scratch, offering services such as designing, equipping, and maintaining scientific workspaces, and training industry professionals. He also successfully internationalised the brand, becoming the first company in the world to design and build an EU-standard laboratory in West Africa.
