David Delicata – Director & THS Leader, Deloitte Malta
David Delicata has over 30 years of experience in audit and assurance, working extensively across various industries, including hospitality and tourism. He leads Deloitte Malta’s Transportation, Hospitality, and Services sector, collaborating with major public and private stakeholders to drive innovation and strategic growth in these industries. David is also former President of the Malta Institute of Accountants and currently chairs the Malta Financial Services Advisory Council's Education and Resources working group.
 
Michael Warrington – Deputy Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, AX Group plc
Michael Warrington is a highly experienced executive who has worked across several industries over the course of his 47 year career. Michael is a Certified Public Accountant, a Fellow of the Malta Institute of Accountants, and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in the United Kingdom. He holds an MA in Financial Services at the University of Malta.  He currently serves as Deputy Chairman and CEO for AX Group plc, one of Malta’s leading corporations operating chiefly in construction, development, healthcare, hospitality and  the renewable energy field.  Over his career Michael has held a number of director positions with various family and public companies, currently serving as a director on the Board of Directors of  Cablenet Communications Systems Plc, AX Group Plc, AX Real Estate Plc, Nissan International Insurance Ltd, Novum Bank Limited, Higher Ground Sicav Plc, Curmi & Partners Limited, Golden Triangle Plc, Together Gaming Solutions Plc and Valletta Cruise Port Plc.
 
Reuben Xuereb: Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of QP and DesignEQ
Reuben Xuereb is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with a proven record of building and scaling companies that redefine quality, innovation, and customer experience. For over two decades, he has served as Chairman and CEO of QP, steering its evolution into a multidisciplinary powerhouse recognized for delivering complex, high-profile projects across architecture, engineering, project management, and cost consultancy.

Winston Zahra – Chief Executive Officer, Troo Hospitality
With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Winston Zahra has led transformation and growth at multiple levels. Former co-owner and CEO of Island Hotels Group Holdings plc, Winston later took the group public, managed its sale to IHI plc, and held senior roles across Malta and Spain. After a successful stint with GG Hospitality in the UK, he founded TROO Hospitality in 2022, bringing together innovative operations and strategic investment under one platform.
