Yvonne de Ville is the Chair of Finance and FinTech Group with the Institute of Directors. She is the author of Cracking the Change Management Code and with over 20 years’ experience in supporting and managing international programs and business transformations within financial services, she is the business change expert. Yvonne will speak about her role as Chair of the Finance and FinTech Group at the Institute of Directors and how the role has given her a platform to be an activist for diversity. She will talk about the mindset shift that is needed for organisational transformations to adapt to the future business environment.
