You are invited to attend the MBN UK Annual General Meeting, when we will reappoint our board of directors and agree our activites for the year ahead.

This will be followed by a drinks reception with time for networking after the meeting. The meeting will be held both virtually and in person and will start promptly at 5pm BST/6pm CET. For those attending virtually, the link is included in your confirmation email upon registration.If attending in person, please note the following points:

‍Attending in PersonFollowing our meeting notice, several people indicated they will attend in person. Please follow the requirements from Malta House as we will not otherwise be able to guarantee your entry to the AGM or the drinks reception.

‍The number of persons attending is limited and will be on a first come basis. So please RSVP at your earliest to confirm your attendence in person. Your name will then be added to the door list.

‍Identification: You will be asked to show some form of ID - This can be a passport; ID Card or Driving Licence. Please have it ready when you enter Malta House.

‍COVID19: We do ask attendees to abide by current guidance and regulations. It is advisable that attendees are doubly vaccinated and can show proof if requested. Please be assured that all precautions will be taken to ensure a safe meeting in line with COVID-19 guidance prevailing at the time. We do need to forward the full names to the Malta House on Monday 25th October so we urge you to respond to this email at your earliest.
