We are delighted to invite you to an upcoming MBN UK event featuring Professor Ute Stephan, Professor of Entrepreneurship, who will explore the human side of entrepreneurship and its wider impact on individuals and societies.

Drawing on her research in the Psychology of Entrepreneurship, Professor Stephan will examine how culture and institutions shape entrepreneurial activity, and how entrepreneurship can contribute to more inclusive societies while providing meaningful and sustainable career paths for individuals.

The discussion will also explore the human challenges of entrepreneurship, including stress, mental health and personal productivity, creativity and well-being.

Professor Ute Stephan
Professor of Entrepreneurship

Professor Ute Stephan is an expert in the Psychology of Entrepreneurship, researching how societies and individuals can thrive through entrepreneurship. Her work examines how culture and institutions shape entrepreneurship and how entrepreneurship can contribute to more inclusive societies and meaningful careers.

Her recent research explores how entrepreneurs can navigate the stresses associated with entrepreneurship while protecting their mental health and developing their personal productivity, creativity and well-being.

Professor Stephan ranks in the top 2% of scientists worldwide based on the impact and citations of her work. She is also a frequent speaker at international conferences, policy and practitioner events, podcasts and in the media, and has delivered more than 20 invited keynote presentations on topics including well-being and mental health, entrepreneurship and the future of work, social entrepreneurship and social change.
