In 2007, she founded Market Accents, a strategic marketing and communications firm, leveraging her extensive experience in financial services, hospitality, and marketing across the UK, Malta, and other international markets.
Noreen holds positions on several boards, including the Malta Business Network (MBN) Foundation and the UK Chapter. She is the Executive Vice-President of OWIT International and the President of its UK Chapter.
