About our Panel
Kevin Buttigieg – RE/MAX Malta Chairman
Kevin was born and raised in Michigan, USA, and moved to Malta at age 23. He was soon introduced to the Real Estate industry and found himself drawn to it immediately.
He joined a local agency that specialised in Letting but left 4 years later to open his own agency – JK Properties Ltd – with the help of his father and brother. The company grew rapidly and after 4 years, the trio embarked on bringing the RE/MAX franchise to Malta. Fast-forward 15 years and the company is now the #1 agency locally, boasting over 30 offices and 400+ agents across Malta and Gozo.
Ian Casolani – Belair Property, Managing Director
Graduated from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) in 1998. Ian is Managing Director of Belair Property, a company he has been instrumental in developing and growing over the past 25 years and which is now recognized as one of the leading players in the real estate industry, specializing primarily in the relocation of foreign nationals and companies to Malta. Ian is also a founder director of an International Property Fund, a Professional Investor Fund (PIF) which is licensed by the Malta Financial Services Authority. He has served two terms as Chairman of the Real Estate Business Section at the Malta Chamber of Commerce and Industry as well as President of the Federation of Estate Agents (FEA), which he has also been involved in since its inception. Through this, he has been regularly active in discussions with government on schemes and policies related to the property sector. Ian is married with two children and is passionate about sailing, which he does his best to enjoy in his free time.
Grahame Salt – Frank Salt Real Estate Group Director
Grahame obtained his B.Sc Business and Computers from the University of Malta in 1996 and joined the family business during the same year, initially as a sales consultant and later promoted to branch manager of the Sliema branch before taking over HOQ (Homes of Quality). Grahame also manages Berkeley Investments, which is the Group¹s real estate investment company and is actively involved in the development of residential and commercial sites as well as other longer term real estate investments.
Grahame is a director of the Frank Salt Real Estate Group.
With over 22 years of solid experience in the real estate business in Malta, he is a dynamic professional viewed as a leader in the real estate industry in Malta and a specialist in large developments, luxury real estate and commercial buildings.
