Stephen Pinner is Managing Director of Goodacre UK, a leading specialist business and technology consultancy working exclusively with regulated companies and suppliers in the Financial Services sector. As Managing Director, Mr Pinner established several businesses on behalf of Goodacre UK’s clients, including one of the largest share dealing companies in Europe, two private client Stockbrokers and an Institutional trading firm. Prior to establishing Goodacre UK, Stephen held board positions at Extel, Hoare Govett, Societe Generale Security Settlements and Cater Allen. Stephen project manages many of Goodacre’s senior consultancy assignments and has a team of highly skilled subject matter experts. He is a regular presenter on business development and operational issues and features regularly in the media on the full range of Securities Industry issues. Stephen is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI), Secretary and Director of the Securities Industry Management Association (SIMA), and a Freeman of the City of London.
